What is a clothing subscription?
A clothing subscription or Fairnica membership means that you have the option of having 5 items of clothing with you at all times for a monthly fee. Choose from clothing for every day or capsules . The clothing subscription offers you flexibility in the booking period as well as a significant price advantage compared to renting the clothing individually. Shipping costs are also included and you can swap as often as you like. You can choose between a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month clothing subscription. Please note: Fairnica Glow is not part of the clothing subscription.

What if a borrowed item of clothing doesn't fit me?
We ask you to provide information about your size when ordering. Information such as, "I'm torn between sizes M and L for tops" or "I have broad shoulders/hips, long arms, ..." helps us to find the right size for you. We know our clothes very well and know how they fit. This varies greatly from label to label and from item to item. Since you cannot know how the clothes fit, we need a few other pieces of information in addition to your size. If an item of clothing still doesn't fit, we will of course exchange the size.
How long is the delivery time after ordering?
We will send your capsule a few days after we receive your order. Usually on the next working day. DHL usually delivers within 1-2 working days.
I accidentally stained my clothes. What now?
That can always happen and if the stains are something you just get in your everyday life, it's no problem at all. In other words: we're happy to take care of tomato sauce or red wine stains. If it's obvious that the clothes were worn for painting, cleaning rims or something similar, we'll have to ask you for compensation. Please avoid going to the hairdresser wearing our clothes.
Can I wash the clothes?
Of course. Please wash the rented clothes at 30 degrees on the wool cycle. You will find further instructions on washing the clothes in the box. It is also important that you pay attention to the laundry labels. Please save yourself the last wash and send the clothes back to us unwashed. We will clean them anyway. This way we save the clothes and our environment an unnecessary wash.
